Swindlers, thieves, beggars, the unemployed, the starving, poverty- stricken and criminal working man, are figures which do not exist for political economy, but only for other eyes; fordoctors, judges,grave-diggers,beadles,etc.Theyare ghostly figures outsidethe domain of political economy.
